Copyright complaints (DMCA)

InstaSuperSave does not host Instagram content. The tool fetches a public file from Instagram's servers at the moment you request it and passes it to your device; nothing is stored on our side. If you believe the tool is being used to infringe your copyright, you can ask us to block specific content.

What to send

Email [email protected] with the subject "DMCA" and include:

  1. A link to the Instagram post, reel, story or profile you own.
  2. The material on our site, or the URL on instasupersave.com, through which your copyright is being infringed.
  3. Your name, company (if any) and a contact email.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We confirm receipt and block the reported content from the tool. If the notice is incomplete, we reply with what is missing. Repeated requests from the same rights holder can be handled in one batch; write to the same address.
